management and project management for Greenfield Builders and
Greenwalt Development where he was promoted to Vice President
of Development for Greenwalt Development in 1993. Mike is a

| Tim has joined the Paragon staff with over 23 years of construction experience in the management of commercial construction projects. He has experience with a wide variety of commercial construction projects including large retail projects, Pinheads Bowling Facility, industrial facilities, library additions/renovations, medical facilities at Wishard, Riley Hospitals and Phoenix Medical Plaza, fire stations, fraternities/sorority additions and many different types of tenant finishes. Tim was also co-owner of an interior-finish firm for several years and an AIC certified professional constructor. Tim recently received his Certified Project Constructor certification. |

10 years experience with the nation’s largest Interior’s Subcontractor companies as a purchasing agent, material estimator and material delivery coordinator. This firm specialized in drywall, plaster, acoustical and fireproofing on high rise structures in the downtown Chicago area.

| Mark joined the Paragon team in the summer of 2004 with over 20 years of residential building experience. Mark owned a successful construction company, Almark Enterprises Corporation, for over 18 years doing projects such as remodeling, roofing, framing, professional caulking and painting. During ownership of Almark he also pioneered a joint venture building homes as Discovery Custom Builders which developed a subdivision and built custom homes. Mark brings organizational and business administration skills and an eye for quality workmanship. Paragon has been providing Mark with a continuation of construction courses such as “Forman Certification Program”, “Trench Safety”, and numerous computer classes to raise the bar in having a safe efficient jobsite. Mark is dedicated to exceeding customer satisfaction and becoming a “First in Class Superintendent”. |

| T.J. has been a superintendent for 6 years. He has been involved in school projects, medical facilities, tenant build-outs and renovations. For the last 2 years he served as the Owners Representative to the State of Indiana for the new forensic hospital, a $34 million project located at the Logansport State Hospital. This experience allowed T.J. to see a project through the Owners point of view. T.J. is also a L.E.E.D. Certified Professional. The L.E.E.D. rating system is designed to provide an above average building for the health of its occupants, cost effectiveness for the Owner and encourages environmentally friendly construction practices. T.J enjoys working with people and solving the daily challenges of the construction industry. |

| Debbie has been with
Paragon General Contractors, Inc. since 1999 and thoroughly
enjoys being a full charge bookkeeper for a growing construction
company. Her varied responsibilities include all aspects
of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costs, Cash Management,
Contracts, Billing and General Ledger accounting using the Timberline
Software Program. She brings a previous background of
12 years in insurance accounting with M-J insurance as well
as the delightful experience of having worked for the Wheeler
Rescue Mission. |
